Individual Therapy
Milestone Psychology works with children, adolescents, parents and young adults presenting with a range of mental health difficulties and clinical disorders.

During the first session, clinicians will ask questions to obtain a clear idea of your story, areas of concerns, strengths, and goals for therapy.

Clinicians will then collaboratively identify a treatment plan based on the best evidence-based guidelines for you or your child’s needs.

Common treatments offered at Milestone Psychology include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, family therapy, and strengths based approaches.
Assessments
Milestone Psychology offers standardised cognitive and academic assessments for individuals aged between 6 years to 16 years of age. These assessments are administered by a psychologist to understand a clients cognitive strengths and weaknesses. Your child may require a cognitive and academic assessment if you are concerned about developmental delays, learning difficulties, giftedness and/or require support for recommendations.

Please contact us via details below to book an initial consultation session to discuss your child’s presenting concerns and assessment requirements.
